This is a project car, if you are unable to work on it, please do not BID. This is a Austin Healy chassis that has been reinforced to support the 289 Ford V8 and C4 auto trans. The brakes have been rebuilt using new parts from Moss Motors. The hard lines, master cylinder,SS pistons for the calipers, wheel cylinders, pads, shoes, springs all new. The fuel system has been upgraded to using a fuel cell and electric pump with new line feeding a Holley 4brl carb.The car uses remote locks to open the doors. The plexiglass windows are included, but they need flat glass regulators installed. The interior uses 914 Porsche seats which need to be recovered and has custom made covers in the rear to cover the fuel cell and battery. The car runs strong with no smoking , but will need an exhaust system run from the front to the rear or side pipes added. The waterpump has been changed, new hoses added, but I do not know the condition of the radiator, as it is the original Healey unit. The lights, windshield wipers, and remote door opener all work. The car will need directional signal lights, exhaust, and speedo hooked up to be street legal. The only body damage is a crack on top of the drivers door as shown in the photos. The original Smith gauges will need to be hooked up or replaced. The old style Stewart Warner green arrow gauges for the oil pressure & engine vaccum work. I do not know the condition of the electrical system as it is a mixture of Austin Healey and Ford. I purchased this car here on E-bay in 2007 with a BILL OF SALE ONLY and that is how I am selling it now. NO TITLE!!!! I will answer questions concerning the car before the end of the auction.
