Primarily the vehicle is in great condition. I bought it in 2010 and have had no problems. All the following items are brand new on the car: Tires, front rotors, water pump, timing belt, all other belts and hoses.The A/C compressor was put in in May this year. The is being sold as is; last Christmas a new engine was put in with 105,000 miles on it. It ran well until August, when an oil leak appeared and the engine began to loose oil pressure. Two Volvo specialists have looked at the car and estimate the repairs to be under $950. The car will start but runs rough and is losing pressure and needs a gasket replaced. The car has 220,000 miles on it, but the engine was put in 6 months ago. The shop that put it in had one seal begin to leek; thus the loss of pressure. The only other known problem is that it needs a break sensor (new cost: $159.00). The exterior is in good shape, only few, very minor dings; no significant damage at all. All power options work; windows, moon roof, 4 CD factory stereo, cruise control, all well known Volvo safety features and airbags. Built in rear child booster center seat. Buyer will need to either ship or have towed to shop or home. The timing beld DID NOT break. The engine did not suffer any internal damage; the head has been pulled and the engine examined; it remains in excellent shape, along with transmission and drive train. The new engine only has 105,000 miles on it and it came from an Volvo XC90; it was bought off ebay from a reputable ebay engine distributor and was under warranty until last week. This is a steal. I am being relocated by work and cannot take the car in its current condition. The car is now in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
