1960 Buick le sabre estate wagon. Close to only 5300 Buick le sabre 6 passenger wagons were built in 1960. I have owned this car for 15 years and have spent over $10000 on it over the years. It runs and drives great,most of the drivetrain is rebuilt. Freshly rebuilt nailhead 401 V-8 4-barrel (1962 Electra 385h.p. block) originally a 364 V-8 car. New 4 core radiator special built from U.S. radiator with duel spar electric fans with 180 degree thermostat keeps motor cool all the time. Motor has Aluminum riviera finned buick valve covers. Rebuilt power brake booster with new wheel cylinders and hoses. Rebuilt. Carb. With Gas pedal starter still works fine. New duel exhaust. New windshield ($600 from safelite). Power steering,power brakes, new red top gel battery. White top was reprinted 2 years ago , back roof gutter cover was not taken off ,it now has rust around edges from not being properly prepped. Gull gray paint is mostly original,so all dents and rust is out in the open. Car needs body and paint work. Body is very solid , I have taken pics of the rust,drivers side has rust in bottom of rear quarter panel , dents in rocker , I have the piece missing between doors . Small quarter dollar size hole in drivers floor ( see pics). All other floor panel , spare tire well all very solid , no rust. Tailgate is nice , no rust holes. Interior is all original and needs to be redone. Original seats are splitting at the seams,original door panels are curling up at bottom,carpet is splitting at seams. Dash is very nice , no splits in soft pad , speedo works fine. All parts missing in pics I have and are included. I have at least 3 nice grilles, extra front bumper, very nice chrome headlight bezels,outer bezels in good shape.wonderbar radio,nice chrome emblems. Original hubcaps, all 60 Buick parts I have go with car.
