Up for sale is a clean 2001 VW Passat with only 96,000 miles. Vehicle interior and exterior conditions are very good and the paint is still shiny and glossy with little or no scratches . The engine however needs some work. Car starts instantly and drives but runs rough and does not have full compression. This was my son,s car before it developed this problem. According to his mechanic, the turbocharger needs to be replaced and the motor serviced to restore full power. I am no mechanic and was not will to put more money on the car. So, I bought him another car and this must go to another person that has time and patience to give it the TLC it needs. The driver side window will also need some work. The glass is fixed and does not role up and down. We are selling this car because my son is a college student in a different city and I did not want him to worry about fixing the car. The vehicle will make a beautiful ride for someone who is willing to fix it and has been prized accordingly. Sale is AS IS and there is no warrantee stated or implied.
