Wow, here we have a very rare factory Dodge RV, Conversion Van. this was a 1-owner van before me. i have had it several years and it has been parked since 2003. this van is a raised top that is a hard top, not the pop-up style with the canvas sides. it has just around 94K original miles. this also has the metal tag inside the door frame stating that it is a factory "RV", and not just the passenger van. she has a slant 6 engine with a three on the tree column shift. she has many, many extras like little 12 volt fans throughout the interior for cooling, furnace, cook stove, fridge and a fold down bed. i have bought a new battery for her and will be included in the sale. i have not yet tried to start her, but it was running and drivable in near perfect condition when i parked her. it has always been well maintained and never wrecked. with a battery and fresh gas, she should run and drive with only minimal problems. (i know the brakes are soft from sitting.) very, very little rust. just in the lower panel and on drivers side. otherwise she is rust free. i have hooked her up to power and everything worked as it should. i have had three vans in the similar body style but never a hard top conversion. i will not give her away as i know what they are worth and what they can bring. i am only selling for health reasons and i am moving. if not sold for a reasonable price, then i will start to get her going. i looked for years to find one complete and nice enough to buy. no dis-appoitments here. please dont ask me to get her going as with back surgery, i am unable to do alot right now. i also travel for a living. as time goes, i may get her going and then decide whether to re-list or just keep her. give me a call with any questions or you can email William manpabrd@bresnan.net or call before 9PM 1-406-861-8388 Billings, Montana 59105. the black coloring you see on the van is what we call "fly speck". it comes right off with soap and water. the van needs cleaned and detailed from sitting so long. it is just very dusty but not tore up at all. i will help any way i can with shipping at buyers expense. must be picked up at my home. currently remember to tell the shipper that it is a non-op car but as i said, maybe i can get some help and get her going. Thank You!!On Aug-16-12 at 14:51:28 PDT, seller added the following information: ok, i got the new battery in the van today 8/16. got it started and drove it around a little bit. it runs very, very rich as the gas in her is 10 plus years old. with a fresh tune-up, drain the gas tank and put fresh gas in, bleed the brakes etc and she should be ok. it is the slant 6 engine with the three on the tree. all the gauges worked as did the fans etc inside the van. i would not suggest trying to drive her home. it should be trailered, then gone through etc. super cool old RV snub nose van. please feel free to make an offer as she needs to find a new home!!! thanks
