Strong running MGB for sale. I HAVE DOWNLOADED SOME EXTRA PICTURES THAT SHOW THE AREAS WHERE THESE CARS OFTEN HAVE RUST ISSUES. AS YOU CAN SEE THIS ONE IS VERY SOLID WITH NO VISIBLE RUST IN THESE AREAS.Desirable 1970 year before they jacked up the suspension and changed to rubber bumpers for the health and safety police but after they switched to negative earth. I only stored it inside, as did the guy who had it before me.This is a great little car. It runs well. It isn't perfect and could use a new coat of paint at some point but is very solid and can be used right away. Very little rust and solid in all important areas (underneath, wheel wells, floors, trunk, under hood etc)So some features- 5 x spoked wheels- Webber carb (or similar didn't fit it so not sure)- New carpets throughout- Dash cover- New seat covers- Trunk resealed and freshly painted- Underneath very strong- No major rust- Tourneau cover- Removable hard top- Have a convertible roof frame and a roof but the actual canvas is old and has holes. (About $250 to replace, I never bother replacing as I only use in the summer)- Many spare parts Be Aware this is an old car and not mint!! There are some paint chips, the rev counter doesn't work but all lights, indicators etc work well. There is some chipped paint on the driver's side door where it was miss aligned. The door is re aligned now but the paint is chipped.Priced to sell quickly as I need the room in the garage for a new boat I want to get... I am listing this on craigslist as well so may remove if I sell it.
