Vehicle Detail

For auction on ebay is my 1969 Dodge Super Bee. It has a 383 engine and 4 speed transmission. The numbers on the engine and transmission match the VIN of the car. The car is painted F6 Bright Green Metallic. The color was offered for a half year only and is considered a "rare" color for '69. It was offered in the spring and some people call it Spring Green or Rallye Green. The car overall is pretty rare considering not many 69 4 speed cars left that havent been modified in some way. The car retains most of its original parts from what I can tell. Title shows 10,204 "actual miles" through CA DMV. I have no other documentation or owner history. Please read below for everything that has been done to the car. Its a lot of information but please take the time to read through it all. Motor is a 383 big block mopar. It has alittle over 1000 miles on the motor. Many of the accessories were recently replaced to ensure reliability. The original AVS carb was completely rebuilt. Motor is stock with 10.0-1 pistons. Its an HP motor of course. The motor has had every part replaced including belts, hoses, sending units, wiring harness, alternator, gaskets, etc. The motor runs very strong and the heads were done with hardened seats , so you can run the car on pump gas. Transmission was gone through about a year ago. Has new clutch, pressure plate, bushings, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and service kit. Transmission shifts as it should using the original 4 speed hurst shifter. Fluid has been replaced and is ready for driving. Rear end is the original 8 3/4 rear with stock gears. Pinion seal, axle seals, 3rd member seal all replaced and filled with new fluid. Exhaust is new and only a week old. Has 69 HP manifolds to 2 1/2" exhaust. Has stock turbo mufflers exiting to stock style B Body tips that are new. Brakes were replaced about 4 months ago and has all new hardware, pads, shoes, wheel cylinders and master cylinder. Car stops very well. Has the rare manual 4 piston disc brakes. Suspension was replaced about 4 months ago and is in great shape. New bushings, ball joints, tie rods, etc. Shocks were also replaced . Has stock sway bar up front. Has stock gas tank with new fuel sending unit, fuel pump, carb lines, gas tank to fuel pump line along with new fuel filter. It feeds into the newly rebuilt carter avs carb. Wheels are stock 15x7 Cop car wheels with original style dog dish hub caps. Has new Yokohama Tires that were speed balanced and have less than 50 miles on them. The car rides very well. Interior has new seat covers, carpet, package tray, dash cap within the past 4 months. The dash is in very good shape and shows well. Has stock door panels and steering wheel. New sill plates. Has new door and roof weatherstrip. New trunk mat. Has new 4 spd boot and shift bezel. This is a non console car. New body plugs on the floor/trunk pans. Exterior was recently painted the original F6 Green. The car looks great and has new emblems, wheel lip mouldings, mirror and rear bumble bee stripe. It also has new chrome bumpers, both front and rear. The stainless mouldings are all in good shape and have been hand polished. Most of the car has been cleaned and painted. The car has no rust on any body panel. Grill is nice with no cracks or breaks. Undercarriage is pretty clean for a car thats been driven as you can see in the pictures. The underside and topside of the floor pans were all sprayed with POR 15 to ensure the car doesnt rust out anytime soon. For you east coast guys this should be a big plus and POR 15 is the best stuff you can use to prevent future rust. Some pictures show the underside before the exhaust was done. I will post an underside showing the exhaust on as well. All the small decals that were removed were replaced after paint, including the coolant, air cleaner, tire pressure, tire jack instructions, and label on pillar. They were put on in the same place they were removed from. Electrical on the car is in very good shape. The engine, tail light and back up light harnesses were replaced. Head lights, park lights, turn signals, hazzard, dome lamp, map light, trunk light, license light, horn, wiper washer fluid, etc all work on the car. Wiper washer squirts on windshield like it should. Overall as you can see a lot of time and money has been invested into the Super Bee. The car is not a perfect show car. It needs very minor stuff or your final touches. Radio does need speakers hooked up as I didnt bother. This car was built to drive and enjoy and is not a trailer queen. You can take this car out and drive/enjoy as is and be proud of it. Please ask questions if I have forgot anything. This is a car you can take out and enjoy. Hard to beat a big block , 4 spd Super Bee. Look around there are no others with this combo. The 4 speed ones I have found have been at big auction houses. *This car will be listed on a NO RESERVE auction. This means the highest bidder wins it. No funny stuff! Bid and win this car. This is a REAL auction. Having said that, PLEASE make sure you have ALL funds and ALL inspections done PRIOR to auctions end. You will have a week to get everything in order. I do not accept any bank loan checks. They rarely go through and they are a big hassle. Please read ALL details below so were are both on the same page and you understand everything. 0 Feedback buyers please email prior to bidding on my car to let me know your serious about owning the car. Balance to be paid with bank wire transfer, bank cashiers check (will hold car until it clears my bank) or cash in person. Buyer to pay all shipping charges. I will help load the car and obtain shipping quotes if needed. For overseas bidders I can help get the car to whichever port you need it to go. The car is sold with a clean California title in my name. The car is currently titled/registered. The car is sold as is, where is. No exceptions. The sale of the vehicle is Final! Car is sold with no warranties, expressed or written as the vehicle is 43 years old. Absolutely no returns or refunds of any kind. Inspections are welcome as are 3rd party inspections. Please make sure that inspections are done prior to auctions end as once the auction is over the high bidder will be the new owner. This is not a perfect car, however this is a car that you can drive and enjoy as is. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time for any reason. This is a private party sale. Im sorry for all the details but there have been to many bidders who dont understand how an auction works. I've done my best to accurately describe to the best of my ability the vehicle for auction. I am not a mopar expert nor a professional so please ask questions and do your due diligence.
