For sale is a great little MGB in terrific condition. I have owned this car for 4 years now and have had my share of fun! I'm an MG enthusiast and if you've ever considered owning an MGB, this is the year to own one, it's the 50th Birthday Anniversary this year so there are a ton of shows and clubs celebrating it! This is a 1980 model, which is the last year the MGB was produced, so this one has every option that was pretty much available(except for a radio.. there is a OEM factory blanking plate in place now, not shown in the photograph). The car is converted to the 73-74 style chrome bumpers and grille which REALLY makes the car a real head turner. The car was restored and has all new rubber gaskets such as headlight seals, door seals, vent window seals, window scrapers, new windshield wiper arms and blades, all the chrome is new. New headlight trim rings, new headlights, all electrical components work as they should. This car has NO rust. It’s solid underneath and solid through all the body with no soft spots or issues(floors are perfect!). The Autumn Leaf interior panels and carpets are all new, the seats are new, Autumn Leaf in color and new foam was added as well as the seat webbing. The dash has NO cracks. I've added a Tourist Trophy extra thick wooden steering wheel which really makes the interior look great. It has the very desirable factory luggage rack, with a new trunk emblem. Inside the trunk, again, solid as a rock and is finished off with new carpeting. The top is a brand new, highly desirable Tan Canvas with zip out rear window(the top studs and hardware is all brand new as well). The engine is sound, smooth and quiet and aside from removing the old emission controls, it's all original. I installed a few bolt on cosmetic items to dress it up a bit and have detailed the engine compartment and it's extremely clean. The car also has Air Conditioning!! It works on one fan setting, probably just needs a new switch, but I'm not sure. There is a new electric cooling fan. All new tune up components and reliable Electronic Ignition. A new Clutch, Pressure Plate and Throw Out Bearing and resurfaced Flywheel has JUST been installed so you'll most likely never have to worry about the clutch. This car also has the very sought after Overdrive Transmission, which also has an new switch on the shifter, and new filter installed. The Overdrive transmission REALLY makes it a dream to drive on highways and really lets the car cruise around at a relaxed RPM. It still has the original, single Zenith Stromberg carburetor so performance isn't the key but gas milage definitely is! The new Minilite style wheels really give it a classic look over the original Rostyle wheels. The tires are brand new as well. The speedometer has been replaced and I don’t know the actual miles but it is more than 10 years old and in PA so there is no disclosure needed. The mechanics of the car are all good, brakes, rotors, drums, wheel and master cylinders all good or replaced. This is a fantastic car to take out for a night on the town or for a Sunday morning drive to the local coffee shop, I get compliments everywhere I take her, looks great in any setting and really stands out in a crowd! I have priced it reasonably and will work with any serious buyer.
