The car was purchased from SC in 2004 from the original owner and was completely stock. The car was purchased and restored in Michigan by the owner before me who performed all of the work. All panels are original which was verified by the Carfax when I purchased this car in 2008. This car has only been driven occasionally on sunny days since its restoration and has only had about 2000 miles put on it since it was redone in 2004. The car has been garaged and covered. This car has many upgrades and is very powerful. The chassis is completely tied and the drivetrain is bulletproof. It sounds incredible and has a mild lope and is a blast to drive. I receive many compliments on how clean it is. A black on black notchback with sport interior is a rare find, especially in this shape. The car may look stock but it’s a beast! Paint and Body The original paint codes were used to retain its nostalgic value. The car was stripped down to bare metal, all the panels were removed to be painted. The engine bay, door jams, and trunk jams were all painted. The paint used was Sikkens paint and primers. The wheels were also painted to match the original color and stock look. Everything was cleared and wet sanded to a mirror finish. All the trim and weather stripping was replaced.
