The I.D. has been registered and verified by The Manx Club and the number was decoded by Winnie Meyers herself The ID number is M1981F820E M ( Manx ) 1981 ( Production Number ) F ( Month of Production is June ) 8 ( Year of Production 1968 ) 20E ( Color Emerald Green ) It has a clear Minnesota Title and is titled A 1964 VW. About the Restoration: Totally Rebuilt 1600 cc Dual Port Engine to a 1641cc Engine - Plenty of Chrome, Dual Empi Carbs, HEI Ignition Conversion, Remote Oil Color with a spin on Oil Filter Conversion, New Exhaust System, New Heads, New Clutch, Just About Everything is New - New Custom Interior... a Period Correct ( Patterned after a 1965 Mustang ). the Floor Boards are new. The Front and Rear Suspension is new, as well as the Brakes And Steering Components, she has Seat Belts in both Front and Rear Seats. Other Notables: New Fuel Tank and Sender, New Electronic Speedometer, Awesome New Wheels & Tires 15" x 7" Fronts 15"x 10" Rears, New Wiring Harness, New Headlights, Parking Lights, Front Bumper, Rear Bumper with Skid Plate, Stereo and Much, Much More.
