Up for auction is a jewel of a Buick, a rare-optioned 2002 Buick Ultra Park Avenue (with extremely low 44k miles!!) with the legendary 3800 Supercharged engine. This engine is sought after because it offers an all-aluminum intake manifold set up, whereas the naturally aspirated cars have plastic manifolds that are notorious for cracking every ~80k miles. In addition, this car was ordered with the moonroof delete option which is considered by most people to be a very good thing since the moonroofs on these cars are known for failing in the open position or leaking as the cars age. It also has a dealer-installed engine block heater to help the engine oil lubricate more effectively when started during the cool winter days. This beauty has been a New Mexico car all it's life until this past January, when it was transferred to me near Dallas after the elderly owner passed away. I registered the car, insured it, and drove it for a few months before switching back for my pickup for work. It has been driven on and off since then, but it's clear to me that I do not need this car sitting around, and it's too nice to sit and go bad. This car has still never seen snow or salt, so the undercarriage is rust/corrosion free!! See the photos of the undercarriage and inside wheel wells--you can still see the marker marks made at the factory. He had the oil changed every 3-4k miles (depends on the oil life indicator displayed on the car) and also had the car periodically dealer serviced. It is ready to be driven anywhere, and I even drove it back from New Mexico ~8 hours--very comfortable and nice riding car. The car does have some "bumps and bruises", which I've attempted to show in the photos at the end of the picture roll. Mainly consists of scratches on the surface of the car (some on hood, trunk lid, and on right side of car) from the previous owner. Also crack in windshield but is low and not in line of sight. Has not grown since I had the car. I also think one of the windows rolls down a little slow. This car still has the factory floor mats in good shape!! Very well taken care of. It's a very good car and is only being sold due to lack of use. Clean and clear TX title and inspection, in my hand. Factory security system and keyless entry. Power heated mirrors. Power heated leather seats (driver's side has memory--will go to the desired position when car is opened with key fob #1 vs. #2). Tires and brakes are very good. Not going to have to put money into anything when you buy this car. I didn't talk it up much but I figured the mileage and the car speaks for itself.
