2002 Honda Insight with 199595 miles. Car is in running condition and can be delivered within 50 miles of Columbia, SC (driven) at no charge or can be delivered to the Columbia, SC or Charleston, SC airport (weekend only, possibly evenings or early AM). Fly in and drive it home. Car has air conditioning (climate control option) along with CV transmission. Car is AS-IS, while you should have no problems driving it home there is no warranty or guarantee of condition (if you are picking up from an airport, I will guarantee that I drove it to the airport and transferred ownership to you in running condition). This is a chance to get a functional Honda Insight inexpensively. Life-time average of 50 mpg. Should get a higher mileage if the batteries are replaced (car gets 40-50 mpg without the IMA active). Car has the following known condition defects: Paint is falling off of hood and has been spray-painted, plus touched up in several other places. No rust as the body panels are aluminum. Plastic on bottom of car has mostly been removedTires are 175/65 R 14 [not original size] though are in good condition [see picture]Check Engine light is litMain battery pack is in need of replacement [car has a grid-charger that will allow the pack to work for days, possibly weeks in cold weather, when the pack stops working, the car can still be driven but loses the hybrid assist features and IMA light becomes lit]Glove compartment closes but plastic supports are broken (see picture)Back compartment has had (unused synthetic from a new bottle) oil spilled into it. It has been cleaned since but is oil stained. Some missing screws/mounting bracket on the metal battery assembly (can be seen in pictures).Drivers side plastic door molding pops off (need dealer tool to fix).No floor mats.See pics for the general condition.
