A Turlock, Ca, ICON for over 45 years. I built this little truck for my Dad in 1968. It has seen 4 generations of our family out here on the farm.It is an ALL Steel Original truck with just driveline upgrades. It has a 24 stud flathead with Edmund finned aluminum heads, edelbrock aluminum intake with 2 Stromberg carbs. In 1982 we updated the trans to a Ford 3-speed all syncro trans and a Ford 9" rear end. We added juice brakes and a 12 volt elect. system with alternator.We also put in a Ford tilt steerin column to give my Dad more room. We drive it about 3 times a year here in local parades, it runs great and will go down the highway at 60 mph. Many of the factory parts are still on it. The original glass,hood ornament, magnifing glass for the radiator on the dash, tool box on the running board,speedo still works, original tail light, etc. It has new 3 inch whitewalls we put on the buffalo wire wheels for looks.
