This is a 1981 Fiat Spider Turbo 2000 One of 700 Made, about 150 still on the road. But, Most of these Turbos did not last long. They were installed by Legend Ind. and most owners were not edgucated about Turbos over heating. So, most were lost to craked maniflods. Most all Turbos were removed and converted back to plain old fuel injection. I bought this with the intention of a complete restore. Unfortunatly I have run out of funds to finish the job. The motor was rebuilt when I purchased it. I installed new water pump, Timmimng belt & bearing, new alternator by Merrlie (not rebuilt), New coil, plugs, plug wires, new brakes, ect. The transmission has had some work done to it by prvious owner. I have the recipts for all that. This car is very sound and road worthy! I have a new top but have not yet put it on. All new center consoles and carpet. There is a tear in the passenger side seat. All in all, This little car has plenty of power with the 2000 and is a blast to drive!!
