Until now, only the 2012 SRA Series race cars (which cannot be registered for street use in any state) have been offered with this engine. What’s different? For starters, the K24 produces around 40 lb-ft more torque than the outgoing 2.0L engine did, and the power comes on sooner. Also, the K24 is equipped with a balance shaft to drastically reduce vibration. The result?
