This will be the 3rd time I am listing this Classic Pontiac. The 1st time on eBay the BIDDER NEVER CONTACTED ME and the 2nd time I let my Family Talk me out of selling it at the last minute. THIS CAR WILL SELL ON EBAY THIS TIME AROUND. I GUARANTEE IT. I have owned this 1974 Pontiac Grandville Convertible for three years. It has the original 455 Cu. In. V-8 with 4BBL Carb. This is the Ultimate Cruiser. The engine starts easily everytime and idles very smooth. I just replaced the entire single exhaust with stock equipment from exhaust manifold to tailpipe. It is pretty quiet for this size motor. The master cylinder and brakes have been replaced in the last year or so along with brand new tires and pontiac ralley rims that were professionally refurbished. This car drives straight as an arrow and smooth as silk. They do not make cars with this type of ride anymore. This is certainly no show car but a very reliable cruiser that could be an easy restoration. Very solid with little to none of the typical rust you see on these cars. The floor pans and trunk pan are very solid. The paint appears to be original but I can't swear to it. When I bought it it had a damaged front passenger fender that I made the mistake of letting an amateur body man "attempt" to repair. He did a miserable job, other than that the lower trim on the passenger side is kind of banged up but nothing terrible and the wheel skirt on that side is cracked also. The interior is all original and in surprisingly great shape. The top need to be replaced but the mechanical part goes up and down easily. I have a brand new Hartz White Convertible Top still in the box as well as a custom formed new carpet both brand new and still in the box. Also a brand new water pump including radiator flush belts and thermostat were installed in the last month. I have always loved these big Pontiac's and have owned 5 of them in the past 20 years. Who ever buys this car will not be disappointed. It is currently Licensed, registered and Insured in Louisiana and can be driven anywhere. I may even consider driving it to you within 500 miles of New Orleans for a predetermined cost.
