For sale is my own 1994 Mercedes Benz E320 convertible with arguably best color combination black exterior with matching top and tan interior. Exterior color has great shine and leather interior is in very good shape. Floor mats are original brand new bought at Mercedes Benz dealership. The car is all original in very good condition and well taken care of. It has been parked in my garage and under its original Mercedes Benz cover since I owned it. Previous owner also kept the car in a garage. Car has very low miles and it has been very well taken care of over the years. It has been inspected and all oil changes have been completed. Car drives great and has no oil leaks. Tires still have a lot of life left and are in fine shape. Everything works properly including the roof top. I have personally never driven it on the rain and only once driven on the sunny day with the open top. No rust, no accidents, title is free and clear. Car does have few blemishes as all do. Couple dents accumulated over the years (no paint chiped, fixable), some small scuffs on the roof top and the bottom of the front bumper (pictures attached) and it has professionally (done by authorized Mercedes Benz upholstery repair shop) sewn piece of material to fix the small rip on the roof headliner (picture attached) that was caused by roof top going in/out over the years because roof upholstery headliner have been sagging over the years. Vehicle was taken to upholstery shop recommended by Mercedes Benz dealership (Mercedes Benz of San Diego fixes their own cars upholstery at this shop) and they reinforced the headliner and fixed the rip. Also they checked the roof top mechanism for any oil leaks and if it worked properly which it does. I paid $450 for this job. Car also comes with original Mercedes Benz battery. This 1994 Mercedes Benz E320 Cabriolet is finished in classy black over a very well kept tan interior. Interior has never been dyed or painted like seen on many other vehicles. This car is all original as seen. The Mercedes Benz has been garage kept with its original Mercedes Benz cover over it and serviced as needed since new. After 18 years, Mercedes has racked up a low 40,526 miles since new. The paint still retains a wonderful gloss and the leather has been beautifully preserved without the typical sun damage that is seen with convertible cars, including its steering wheel which is still shiny and soft (not cracked and dry as most are on these convertibles). The dash is crack free and the wood veneers are in excellent condition as well. The wood glove box cover between front seats works properly as it should not broken as on most of these cars. Accompanying the car is all original factory accessories that came with it (original radio, original first aid kit, original rear size spare tire, tire tools, car jack, cables) as well as original Mercedes Benz cover for W124 convertible chassis. The car drives great and is ready to go. Reserve price is very fair for the Mercedes with this mileage and this condition. If properly taken care of by new owner this car will simply not loose value. All images of the vehicle presented for sale are of the actual automobile being sold. Vehicle was not waxed inside or out, and engine was not cleaned prior to pictures being taken.
