We purchased this vehicle as a bank repossession and IT IS IN NEED OF ENGINE REPAIR. The engine WILL turn over but WILL NOT start and sounds bad when turning over. We have not had the engine professionally diagnosed and have no idea what is wrong with it, however we would think that it is safe to say that there is some type of internal engine issues. Therefore we are selling this FORD RANGER to be in need of engine repair or replacement. With the exception of washing it off how you see this vehicle in the pictures is exactly how we purchased it.The body is in overall fair condition with the exception of some light dings and scratches ( seen in pictures ). The interior is in overall good condition showing only light wear but in need of a good cleaning. CONDITION: EXTERIOR: Overall the exterior is in fair condition for a 9 year old truck with 138,966 miles on it. The body looks good and straight but does have some scratches and light dings. Most of the scratches will buff out and the other would be easy to touch up. INTERIOR: As stated above the interior could use a good cleaning but is in overall good condition. The front seat belts appear to have been shut in the extended cab doors many times fraying them to the point that they will need to be replaced. Again for the age of the vehicle the interior is in good condition. DRIVE TRAIN: The engine WILL turn over BUT WILL NOT START. Engine sound rough when turning over. Tire have about 85%+ tread. SHIPPING and PAYMENT: $500 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If deposit has not been received within 24 hours of the end of the auction the vehicle will be re-listed, no exceptions. Balance due upon pick up. Vehicle must be picked up or paid in full within 10 days of the end of the auction. All shipping must be paid for by the winning bidder.
