for sale is a very clean and mechanically sound mr2. this is the first year these were made and they handle very well. it is a blast to drive. this car has many new parts that include windsheild, clutch, timing belt, waterpump, oil pump, oil pan, full exhaust, reproduction floor mats with mr2 logo, also replaced the intake boot, valve cover gasket. i really dont want to sell but have to financially. i just have too many cars. this car has been very reliable. it has been my daily driver or over 4 years and has never let me down. it has had a headgasket done by previous owner at 103k at the toyota dealer. this car will run to well over 300k if maintenace is kept up with. car still has original tape deck that is fully functioal as well. over the years i have only replaced parts with oem style parts. so this car is completely unmolested. i have many reciepts from previous owner that includes the original window sticker from 1985 and i have changed the oil every 3k personally. the only small imperfections in this car is that the c pillar trim on the exterior of the car that goes at the top of the rear window needs replacing and there is a tear in the front bumper which to this day i have no idea how it got there. was told by a body shop it was repairable and also a small amount of rust is beginning to surface on the passenger side back by the mudflap. car is also for sale locally so i reserve the right to end auction at any time.
