This is a very nice classic1989 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible - the last year that Saab wholly owned Saab before GM bought 50% in 1990. The exterior finish is black and, aside from a scratch here and there and a repair to the drivers side front fender (parking lot drive-off), the body is in good condition. The paint finish/lustre is in good condition and the Saab emblems are intact. The black ragtop is not faded, the rear window is clear and the top is water tight, latches and motor for retracting the roof are good. The optional tonneau cover is in good condition and fits properly over the retracted top. Aluminum rims are in good condition and tires are about 75%. The leather interior is in good condition with no tears or scratches, the carpet is in good shape with some wear on the drivers side but no holes. The dash is not cracked, all electronics work (radio, equalizer, fan, gauges, speedo, tach, mirrors), the windshield appears to be original, so is not as pristine as it could be. There is some rust on the bottom inside of the doors. The engine runs smoothly and the turbo spools up and kicks in as it should. Recent work this spring includes: new front axel and boot (right), new right rear caliper and rear brake pads, new alternator bracket bushings, all new belts, new fuel pumps filter and screens, new passenger side power window motor, tires balanced and new battery. This is a very nice Saab in good condition (looks and function). It's 23 years old but still turns heads when cruising down the road! I have tried to describe the vehicle to the best of my ability.
