1979 Trans Am Anniversary Year 6.6 Atlantis Blue FLORIDA CAR This is a 1979 Trans Am that is in very nice shape. It sat in storage for over 12 years before I got it. It has 129K miles. She runs and drives great and I have a clear Florida title in my name. I have done many replacements since it was taken out of storage including like new tires,( less than 100 miles on them) new alternator and battery. New master cylinder, radiator and Monroe gas shocks in rear. New carpet, headliner and front seat upholstery, (has not been smoked in since new interior work). Interior is still not perfect but is nice, and the dash pad has some cracks. New door and trunk weather strip. The body is solid and the under side is good including the trunk pan. The air blows cold but may need a blower switch as it does not blow on all speeds. She has new spark plugs but could use a set of wires and some carburetor work. (carb hesitates and starves for fuel under full acceleration) although even with this issue I feel you can drive this car home. This is not a show car and is not priced as one. It is a very nice driver. Paint color is Atlantis Blue and the correct color for the car. The body has some imperfections and dings. It is impossible to list every little defect on a car this age that is not a restored show car so please call me for more info before you bid. She has power windows, brakes and steering, air, and an automatic transmission that shifts great, the radio is not working but I have included a nice set of new amplified speakers still in the box. 6.6 Liter 403 Motor.
