Runs, drives and stops. I was told when I bought it that the engine and trans had been rebuilt a a fews years back? Original 272 V8 runs a little rough a the moment. It has a missfire but I believe it is something cheap and simple. All the tune up stuff under the hood looks real old. You can also see arcs off the plug wires when running so good tune up may fix that. Engine has no blow by and has good oil pressure. 3 speed trans on the column and shifts good. Brakes have had recent work on them.Tires are decent on original 56 steel wheels with OE hub caps. Yes it has all the usual rust in it that these years have. rust in roof rails, cab corners, cowls, rockers, door bottoms, floor and hood front lip. All of these parts are readily available in patch panels to repair. It has a couple small cracks in the frame at the front bed mounts that could be easily welded and fish plated which I may do next week. It is mostly original and all there like it left Ford so would be a good start for a total restore or fix the engine miss, slam it and run it as a ratrod as is which is what my plans were. Need to plan on trailering it home due too engine miss. For sale locally so post could end early. Bill of sale only. I do not have a title for it. It was still tagged and registerd in Ga. up untill a few years ago.
