Up for your consideration is a 06 Jetta TDI GLS. We purchased this Jetta at the auto auction here in Lubbock as a BANK REPOSESION. This car runs good with the exception of a noise it makes when the car is in park. Our VW mechanic was thinking it was the flywheel I believe. When the car is put into gear the noise goes away. The timing belt service along with a few other things need to be done on this TDI engine also. I drove this car personally about 60 miles and it drove fine. The only thing that was uncomortable is the A/C has some sort of issue and is not working. Our mechanic said it was a recall and is supposed to fix that, but if it is not a recall we will not fix it. The transmission shifts all as it should. Tires are all very weak and need replacing soon. It appears that someone has tried to cut the wheel locks off of this Jetta with a tourch and I know that three of the wheels are damaged and can't really see what else might be damaged. The exterior has dents, dings, and scratches. There a is also some paint discoloration on the deck lid and right quarter panel. The pinstripe is all weathered on both sides. I have tried to get the hood to latch and haven't had any luck in doing so. The interior is probably the best thing about this Jetta. The leather seats are all in great shape with no rips or tears. The only wear to be found is on the window buttons and the radio. The radio appears to have been hit and it busted the LCD screen so it will need replacing. I would rate this Jetta a 4.5-5 on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best. It does need alot of work but it can be made into a good car. I have taken 86 pictures to show the car to you the best of my ability. This Jetta would probably drive anywhere in the U.S. with a new set of tires, but trailering/transtporting it to your destination would the best. This Jetta Does need some engine work and some TLC!

Up for your consideration is a 06 Jetta TDI GLS. We purchased this Jetta at the auto auction here in Lubbock as a BANK REPOSESION. This car runs good with the exception of a noise it makes when the car is in park. Our VW mechanic was thinking it was the flywheel I believe. When the car is put into gear the noise goes away. The timing belt service along with a few other things need to be done on this TDI engine also. I drove this car personally about 60 miles and it drove fine. The only thing that was uncomortable is the A/C has some sort of issue and is not working. Our mechanic said it was a recall and is supposed to fix that, but if it is not a recall we will not fix it. The transmission shifts all as it should. Tires are all very weak and need replacing soon. It appears that someone has tried to cut the wheel locks off of this Jetta with a tourch and I know that three of the wheels are damaged and can't really see what else might be damaged. The exterior has dents, dings, and scratches. There a is also some paint discoloration on the deck lid and right quarter panel. The pinstripe is all weathered on both sides. I have tried to get the hood to latch and haven't had any luck in doing so. The interior is probably the best thing about this Jetta. The leather seats are all in great shape with no rips or tears. The only wear to be found is on the window buttons and the radio. The radio appears to have been hit and it busted the LCD screen so it will need replacing. I would rate this Jetta a 4.5-5 on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best. It does need alot of work but it can be made into a good car. I have taken 86 pictures to show the car to you the best of my ability. This Jetta would probably drive anywhere in the U.S. with a new set of tires, but trailering/transtporting it to your destination would the best.
