One family car. Leased new by aunt then purchased off lease, given to her son then purchased by me. I have owned it for 3 and a half years. Car drives excellent and currently gets 32-35 MPG on my daily commute. All services done including honda scheduled 100K maintenance (timing belt changed, thermostat done all fluids replaced etc.) Airbag service performed at Honda dealership to make sure all safety features are still in working order. 4 new tires on car. Passed NJ safety and emissions inspection as of 02/2012. One accident several years back where side of the car was scrapped by another vehicle, airbag not deployed only superficial damage, no panels replaced, repaired by insurance. Car never had a leak or any wind noise. No excessive wear and tear to body or interior. Rear driver side power window motor may need to be replaced soon. Otherwise all electric and mechanical functions of the car are in perfect working order. Climate control and AC are working like new. Cash or certitifed check.
