For sale on ebay is my 1969 Dodge Super Bee. This is a numbers matching 383/727, Y2 Yellow car. The car has 2 build sheets, including one that is in excellent condition(the other is very good as well)! It also has its original fender tag still attached. The car has been gone through quite extensively and as you will see a lot of time and money has been invested into the car. The car has 76k documented miles and everything on this car works as it should. Even the wiper washer fluid squirts on the windshield. Its really a neat car and I will break everything up below on whats been done to the car. Dont miss a great opportunity to own a Super Bee that has been well taken care of and is all numbers matching. Not many left with original drivetrain along with buildsheets and fender tag. Engine- The original motor was completely rebuilt from top to bottom. It has about 15 miles on the engine as of this listing. The motor was rebuilt to stock specs with the exception of a mild purpleshaft cam. The motor runs very good and is strong. It still needs break in miles and is very tight. Every last piece on the motor was replaced and I mean everything. All accessories, belts, hoses, wiring, clips,sending units, etc. The motor and engine bay is detailed very nicely. I replaced/cleaned just about everything. The motor still retains its original carburator, and exhaust manifolds as well. Transmission- The original 727 was also completely rebuilt along with the original torque converter. The transmission shifts very firm and will chirp second gear. It works as it should and was built to last. Driveshaft/ Exhaust- Speed balanced and both U Joints were replaced and greased. Exhaust is brand new and is 2 1/2 all the way to rear with correct B body exhaust tips. Has stock style turbo mufflers. The car sounds great. Exterior- The exterior was repainted about 3 months ago. I believe it to be the second repaint of the car. It shows very nice and has been garage kept since repaint. It does not have any nicks or scratches on the paint. The car is very straight and solid. There is no rust on this car at all. The marker lights, wheel lip mouldings, light bulbs, vinyl top, rear bumper, windshield, emblems, etc, were all replaced. Interior- Seats, carpet, headliner, vinyl top, trunk mat, dash cap were all replaced. The car still retains its original door panels and are in very good shape. Electrical- In excellent condition!! Wipers, fog lights, headlights, brake lights, reverse lights, emergency lights,dome lamp, all dash gauges, wiper washer fluid all work as they should. Also the heater works well. This is a non a/c car so no air conditioning. The only thing that I could find not working was the clock, which never works. The under dash wiring looks MINT and untouched. Low mileage car that hasnt been messed with. Suspension/ Brakes/Wheels- The entire front suspension was rebuilt including new ball joints, bushings, tie rods, idler, sleeves, sway bar links, etc. The car was professionally aligned afterwards. The brakes are all new including, new shoes, hardware, master cylinder, wheel cylinders and front brake lines. Brakes stop perfect and the pedal goes down maybe 1 inch. Tires are brand new Cooper white letter tires. They have less than 50 miles total on them. Wheels are original style Magnum 500 Road wheels. Misc.- The car has its original radiator which I had cleaned out. Cooling system is all new. Fuel system was gone through and has new carb line, fuel pump and sending unit. Underside- The underside of this vehicle is VERY clean. It is a factory undercoat car and there is no rust on the vehicle. Everything was cleaned and painted so the underside looks very good. Pics of underside will show how clean the car is underneath. The pics are before exhaust was done. Overall as you can see a lot has been done to the car. You will have very little to do to the car when you get it, other than your own personal touches. The car was done so that it would be reliable and could be driven and enjoyed. I probably missed a lot of other stuff I've done to the car, so please email with any questions. The car will be on a no reserve auction as I need to sell the vehicle. The car will SELL! Please make sure you have all approvals prior to bidding on my car. So ask your wife, ask your bank, or whoever before bidding on my car. I am listing the car to sell the first time around! Pics of underside were taken a day or two before exhaust was done. I've added a pic of the rear of the car and you can see the correct b body tips installed. Also, the original carburator was sent out and completely gone through. As I've said in my ad, everything on the motor is new or rebuilt. Weatherstripping on the car was replaced. So has new door, roof and trunk weatherstrip. Grille was cleaned and repainted as well. The rear back panel was cleaned/painted and is very straight as you can see in the pictures. Radio needs speakers hooked up if you want AM radio to work. Motor runs very good and starts up every time. It needs driven as it only has 15 miles on it. So I wouldnt recommend a cross country trip in the car as of yet. However, if you choose to do so, you can. Just about the entire car has 15 miles on it, so everything is still fresh.
