Up for sale is my Dad's 1966 Pontiac GTO VERY RARE COLOR SPECIAL PAINT CODE #1 UNKNOWN Original 3x2 4speed car documented thru PHS See Documentation BELOW If you want a GTO that is super RARE here you go!!! I UPDATED THIS LISTING 17-MAY-2012 22:16 To reflect SEVERAL QUESTIONS. I WILL ALSO POST UNDERCARRIAGE PHOTOS 18-MAY-2012 This car was restored about 5 years ago with new interior, bushings ball joints ect. The original interior color was black but was changed to metallic red. The CENTER CARB was replaced and is a correct carb but the number plate is missing The other 2 Ft & Rear Carbs are correct and the number plates are on them. The engine has about 1500 miles on it since rebuild AND IS THE CORRECT WS CODE The transmission has been gone thru with new parts AND IS THE CORRECT W CODE The rear axle has also been gone thru with new parts AND IS THE CORRECT CODE The shifter is correct for the car. The BELOW PHS paperwork indicated the car ORIGINALLY came with POWER STEERING AND BRAKES it currently DOES NOT HAVE EITHER IT IS MANUAL STEERING AND MANUAL BRAKES. THIS CAR HAS A CLEAR MICHIGAN TITLE This car was purchased in 1985 and I have a copy of the original title with name of previous owner. The paint is very nice there are a couple of dings and chips but it is still very shiney there is a photo of me taking a picture of the car to illustrate how nice the paint is. This car has ALOT of power not for the meek to drive!! VERY STRONG RUNNER!!! It has had the FRONT brakes upgraded to Disc Brakes. I require a $500 deposit to cover the Ebay fees via PayPal this must be paid within 48 hours of auction completion and is not refundable. The auction must be paid in full in 1 week.
