This van has a lot of miles on it because it has been a trusty and dependable home, daily driver and rv for good owners who used the van often. It has had many upgrades and mechanical repairs in the past 9 months, which is how long current owner has enjoyed ownership. These upgrades include:- new water pump- new hoses- new belt- new timing belt- new motor mounts- complete brake overhaul- new emergency brake- a/c serviced and blowing cold- new 12 volt fridge/freezer that is a huge! improvement - ice cold like in a home! - truckfridge brandname- new and larger water pump for higher water pressure- 1800 watt inverter- 2 rear batteries with larger charging wire for excellent electrical storage and quick recharge- replaced bed/couch with electric custom version - sweet!- new larger capacity sliding drawer under electric bed/couch- new industrial flooring for easy cleaning and durabilty- furnace cleaning and servicing - keeps it toasty warm!- new sparklugs/wires rotor, etc for full tune up and much more.- great tires yokohama 17's on bbs audi aluminum rims - sweet riding!- new shocks all around - cushy ride now, yes!- new tent with 3 screened openings- all new exhaust from the motor down- all new fluids- custom seat / dry toilet - bath room makes it all full rv really- replaced rear interior flourescent lights with sweet led ones and added an extra led light in rear bed area- custom curtains that block front area from rear and keep out light from being seen outside- black vinyl on interior of rear windows for total stealth, no one can see in or any light - sleep anywhere and no one knows you in it The wear and tear items of note:- a little rust in a couple places, only place that has any notable rust is under the driver's side front wheel well, see photo.- paint is not that great and not that bad- recent small dent in sliding door - still functions perfectly - oops, my bad- little dings and dents - none major - all very small- temp light goes on but never overheats- 5 speed linkage sometimes comes undone during reverse (twice for me the entire time I had it), needs new bushing, easy one minute hood pop fix when it happens- dvd stereo works sometimes awesome and sometimes not, on remote with new speakers when its working, new head unit would cure its ills Great Features that it has:- sink and two burner stove- propane furnace - set temp and be toasty warm- passenger swivel seat to rear- 12 gallons of fresh water storage- 8 gallons waste water storage- gets about 17 mpg city/hwy mix for me- rear cold shower, great whens it hot or for the beach-awning that keeps a huge shade area and dry from the rain This has high miles but really comfortable for full time or part time living. It also fits all parking spaces which makes it easy to be anywhere. Hit the cruise control and do 75 down the hwy no problem, a/c running or whatever. I guess I was really going to miss this awesome ride as my first photos I put up really didn't show it off.
