This is a California car all of its life until the previous owner retired to Oklahoma. It was purchased new from a dealership in San Diego, CA. I have searched to find a nice, turquoise, unmolested ‘64 Polara for many years that was NOT rusted out like many I have seen then came across this one by accident! This car has all its original doors, trunk, hood and has never been welded on! This car is so nice that I wanted to leave its “patina” and just do an outside re-paint and install a fresh interior kit and drive! I really wanted to keep this car in my collection but I ran out of room in my warehouse so this one has to go. Has 1 so-so faded outside repaint of its original color. Dash, door jambs, engine compartment are still in OG paint. Original / new seat covers and carpet kit has already been installed. New door and rear interior quarter panels in original stlye design are included see photos. Orignial factory tinted “blue” glass all around. Reconditioned gauges, new fuel tank. Nice running 383 engine with 2bbl carb but also comes with an original 4 bbl intake manifold. Factory power steering. Original hubcaps. Factory air cond, with new original style replacement hoses, radio with front / rear balance control, mostly all new outside stainless steel trim, factory console shifted 727 Torqueflight transmission and new driveshaft and also comes with its original transmission and driveshaft. New battery, Rear end / differential has also been rebuilt. In the box disc brake conversion kit. Im sure I have missed some other items that also came with this car.
