Up for auction is a 1971 Plymouth Duster that has a built 340, and a automatic A727 transmission. The car also has a Sure Grip rear end with 3:55 gears. The engine has about 7500 miles on her since it was rebuilt with Keith Black Pistons, purple cam, upgraded heads, and is putting out 375HP. The trans was rebuilt also. The paint job is about 6 months old, and it's Plum Crazy Purple. The interior is brand new and overall the car is a great daily driver. The car is a very solid car from California, and is ready to drive to shows or wherever you would like to go. The lights all work, the gauges all work, and even the horn works too. This car turns heads, and will snap your neck back. Good Luck! ENGINE/ TRANS: The engine is a built 340, with about 375 HP. The car has power steering and power disc brakes too. The headers dump into a dual exhaust system with Cherry Bomb mufflers. The motor has about 7500 miles on her and will send you sideways in 2nd gear no problem if your not careful. The trans is a A727 that has a shift kit, and a nice stall converter. Both the engine and trans are sealed up with no visible leaks at this time. The car runs nice and cool here in Vegas with 100 degree temps. The car has a Sure Grip rearend with 3:55 gears. INTERIOR/ EXTERIOR: The interior is very clean overall with new carpet, new seat upholstery front and rear, new headliner, and a new dash pad. The gauges all work correctly in the car and the windows all roll up and down correctly. The door panels are in good shape in the front and the rear panels are good also. The arm rest are new, and the doors open and close like they should.The dash bezel is good overall, lights all work, wipers work, and the blinkers all work too. The exterior was painted a while back and looks good. The tires have good tread on them with some older Cragers that show their age up close. The 340 stripes are all new, and the panels on the car line up very well. The car is rock solid, and only had some older rust repairs in the truck. The spare tire well is rock solid, just some patches next to the spare tire. The rest of the car looks great. The frame is nice and straight, and she drives very well down the road.
