Vehicle Detail
2002 Ford Conversion Van with 162k miles. This van is in great shape and is driven daily. It carries bicycles, skis, people, and pulls trailers full of ATV's and motorcycles. This has been my transportation for the last 7 years. When I got this van, it had 29k miles, so I know its history. The engine and running gear are in excellent condition. The front brakes have new disks and pads. The shock absorbers are Bilsteins, almost new, which are expensive and regarded as just about the best shock for this type vehicle. The van runs like a charm. I would not hesitate to get in it and take a 1000 mile trip. The suspension is tight and steering is excellent. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The van has the usual conversion bits by LA West, which does a very tasteful job. It has 2 seats and a bench in the back. The bench has electric tilt and turns into a bed. The chairs and bench are gray velour and are in excellent shape. It has a VCR, TV, and backseat radio/cd player. I never use the TV, and tried it yesterday, and it did not seem to work. It may have died, but I have not looked into it. It would be easy to replace. The body is in excellent shape with one exception, shown in the pictures. About a year ago, I got sideswiped in a parking lot. I never got around to having the damage repaired, so there are some small dents in the rear side door and rear body panel. The dents are not deep The damage is minor, and would be easy to fix, but I did not get to it, and now I am selling the van as-is, so the buyer would probably want to consider the cost of fixing the dent. Other than that, the exterior has no problems other than the usual results of its age. It has a brand new windshield, because of a rock chip. I am not giving the van away. The reserve is set to $3500. Bid away. Questions, or to see the van, call 609-865-2110. If no answer, leave a message. Pickup only. Van will not be delivered or shipped.
