CD Changer !!! PERFORMANCE: The 2.8 liter straight-six that powers the 3-series BMW's is high-tech, quiet and potent. It has twin-cams and 24- cylinders, as well as a modular engine management system, direct ignition and electronic fuel injection. With a power output of 190 horsepower it can easily merge and pass safely in traffic, and reach 60 mph in a little over nine seconds. The four-speed electronically controlled transmission has three settings; automatic, manual and sport. which gives one the option of manually shifting for performance or control, automatically shifting in commute traffic, and adding low end torque when desired or required. COMFORT: The 328i convertible may be compact in size, but it is loaded with convenience, practicality and luxury. Most interesting is the full automatic operation of raising and lowering the fully lined soft- top. Push a button, and the windows retract slightly, the metal boot raises up and the tops folds down and in and the body colored boot closes - all in just a few seconds, and it goes up just as easily and quickly. Leather upholstery, eight-way powered and heated front sport seats, wide opening doors, an excellent 10-speaker AM/FM/cassette sound systems, plus a commendable climate control system with separate temperature setting for right and left sides, a blower-type rear window defogger, an on-board trip computer, logically placed controls and a fair sized trunk, plus real four-passenger seating, combine to make it a small,but potent, luxury car. The 328iC It is a deluxe, compact, solid, safe and quiet hi-tech sports car. BMW 328i Commercial Car was involved in a minor accident on November 2011. No real big damage was done. Prior damage Regarding the history of this car, We bought it from an Insurance Company. Pictures of the actual damage are posted below. All repairs were done by a professional auto body. WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology: Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.
