This Volvo s70 runs good and drives nice but has its share of Problems. I have been driving it about 1000 miles a month over long distances with no problems. Unfortunatly the lack of A/C and Cruise control is getting old. The good things are: the engine, cluch and transmission work great. All power works except RT rear window and trunk button. Tires and breaks are new last year. K&N air cleaner and new plugs, wires, cap and coil. Starter is new last year. I just replaced both CV axles and both lower A-arms. It gets 26-27 MPG on the HWY! Now the bad: both front fenders and RT door have dents. Clear coat is pealing on the roof and trunk. Interior is ok, driver seat has an ink stain. Passenger door has rip in the panel. Air bag and check engine light are on. Catalytic converter is rattling, likely the cause of the "Check Engine" light. As metioned before the AC and Cruise control don't work. Heater works but dosn't seem to change from defrost to vents to floor ect. radio works, not sure about CD player (never used). Shifter is a little tight... The Volve S70 is a great car! fun to drive and gets decient milage. This will be fine car for a local commuter or parts car. The turbo spolls up smooth an makes good boost. I enjoy this car and it has been great but I need something with cruise and AC!
