1989 Ford Ranger XLT Long Bed: One owner since new July 1989. 2.9l V6, 5 speed manual transmission, 3.73 limited slip rear axle, Towing Package. Regular maintenance performed throughout life of vehicle. Lack of use prompts sale. Body: Several small dents and scratches, splattered paint. Doors and windows work properly, tailgate sticks in closed position. Driver's mirror doesn't hold position. Engine: Runs smoothly, always easily passes Smog Test. Clutch: Smooth engagement, no slippage once released, noise when pedal is depressed. Tires: 10 years old, but lots of tread left (second set since new). Brakes: Good Electrical: No problems. This truck was used for household hauling chores and camping trips. Bed has 1/2" plywood sheet under 4" thick medium density foam pad, covered by loop pile carpeting.
