Vehicle Detail

Your bidding on a 1988 Toyota 4runner. 2 door convertible. the top and doors have been taken off many times and is definitely a head turner and a blast to drive. This is a jeep with the cargo room for all the camping gear, beach stuff, or just the cooler for concerts and fishing. Winter time 3 feet of snow is no match for this truck drove it in every snow storm and never had a problem. This is by far my favorite vehicle however with a 1 year old and a 80 mile per day commute its not practical for me. The truck has a few problems but anyone mechanically inclined with the time would be absolutely in love. The good- The engine doesn’t knock like most trust this age do, tranny shifts smooth and 4wd works great. The tires have about 50% tread left on them. Power steering pump has a small leak but works as long as you keep fluid in it. Sunroof is cracked on top glass but doesn’t leak. The bad- needs new battery, fuel line has a hole in it at the fuel pump but is easy to get to thanks to the little door under the back seat. Back window doesn’t operate with switch. ( it’s the power window module i found it off the hanger and full of water) The truck has been sitting for a year ever since the hole in the fuel line. i just haven’t had the time to fix it. Any questions just ask On Apr-22-12 at 09:14:43 PDT, seller added the following information: Your bidding on a 1988 Toyota 4runner. 2 door convertible. the top and doors have been taken off many times and is definitely a head turner and a blast to drive. All i know is its in good shape and the frame isnt rusting because of it.
