Please note that I'm driving the car on daily basis and adding miles to the original 36,820 at the time of posting this add. Interior: the interior on this car is very nice, the original carpets are in like new condition! they are covered with Lloyd mats that are almost new as well with red Porsche embroidered on them. The dash is in like new condition as well as the center console. 8 way power seats work as they should, driver seat has a scuff next to the control switches other than that the seats (front and rear) are in excellent shape with no cuts or problems. Doors and pockets are in excellent shape. The car comes with the original books and 2 keys with their remote control. Exterior: The car is a 9/10 with the only imperfection is a road rash on the front bumper. the paint is free of swirl marks and very shiny. The convertible top works as it should (opens and closes electrically and latches perfect) but since the car was stored with the top down it developed a small cut on each side where it folds. the wheels have very minor scuffs but look new from few feet away. The wheels have the locking nut and the key is included. It has a new set of tires as the old ones were 12 years old and dry! windshield is free of cracks and chips. regarding the carfax report, what i know for sure is, it happened in 97, the car was still practically new, so it was repaired properly, I checked the undercarriage and fender wells and couldn't find any repair work, it had a fender bender and was fixed in 1997. price take the accident into consideration and it's one of the lowest priced 993 on ebay. Electrical: All electrical instruments (with no exceptions) in the dash work like they did when the car was new, even the clock. Air conditioning is cold even in the already hot south Texas weather and works as it should.The aftermarket radio works good and includes the remote and the faceplate carrying case. Original radio is missing and not included. Convertible top works perfect as well as seats and central locking with remote. Mechanical: No smoke whatsoever on startup nor while driving. Varioram pulls nicely and is nice to drive in town and in traffic. On the open road, the car drives straight and very smooth. Steering is precise like any newer Porsche. The 6 speed transmission shifts into all gears smoothly and effortlessly. no grinding or any noises whatsoever. The clutch works as it should with no slippage under any condition. My mechanic replaced the spark plugs (it still had the original factory ones), the fuel filter and the oil changed. Just to be on the safe side as the car wasn't driven much the past few years. I've been driving the car on daily basis (800 miles in 2 weeks!) and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it on long trips. Car is all stock, no modifications at all, still retain the engine undertray.
