The Deluxe and Premium models have the option to add a removable hard top. The vehicle comes equipped with a 3.9L V-8 280-hp engine with torque to 286 foot-pounds is coupled with a standard five-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. It also has the option of installing a Select Shift transmission. Optional feature at no extra cost for all models includes supplemental parking lamps. Heated driver and passenger seats are exclusively optional on the Premium model. New for 2004, 17 inch painted cast aluminum and styled chrome wheels and chrome chevron with V8 Badge on front fenders. We are offering this 2004 Ford Thunderbird Premium Package Roadster in Collector Quality condition. Always garage kept, no accidents or prior paint work, and the car looks showroom new. Never smoked in, never driven in bad weather, loved and coveted by It's original owner and it shows. The Hardtop has never been off of the car. We thought about removing it ourselves for the sake of great pictures with the Convertible Top down, and then we thought we should save this honor for the new owner. The Convertible Top Boot is still in the factory sealed bag ! No modifications, and everything is original to the car with the exception of the Battery.The only flaw we have observed on the car are two tiny nicks in the paint, and just below the driver-side door handle. Given the low production numbers of the retro Thunderbirds, they are sure to appreciate in value.; especially Low Mileage and extremely well preserved examples like this one.
