FOR SALE IS MY 1973 MACH1 WHICH I HAVE OWNED FOR 22 YEARS. I AM THE SECOND OWNER. IT IS A SOUTH CAROLINA CAR.IT IS A BEAUTIFUL CAR REPAINTED IN THE ORIGINAL COLOR, MEDIUM COPPER METALLIC. THE FRONT FENDERS, HOOD, DOORS, AND TRUNK LID WERE ALKALINE DIPPED TO BARE METAL, EPOXY PRIMED, AND PAINTED WITH PPG FACTORY COLOR PAINT. THE REST OF THE BODY WAS TAKEN DOWN TO BARE METAL ALSO. THE TAILLIGHT PANEL WAS REPLACED DUE TO CORROSION AROUND THE TAILLIGHTS.THE ORIGINAL FLOOR PANS WERE TREATED WITH POR 15 AND ARE SOLID. THE ENGINE BAY WAS SANDBLASTED AND EPOXY PRIMED ALSO. THIS MACH1 HAS THE ORIGINAL 351 Q CODE ENGINE WHICH HAS BEEN REBUILT AND BALANCED. A MILD 260 COMPETITION CAM WAS ADDED. THE ORIGINAL C6 TRANSMISSION WAS REBUILT WITH A SHIFT KIT. THIS MACH1 ALSO HAS THE ORIGINAL REBUILT CARB, ORIGINAL REBUILT RADIATOR, ORIGINAL REBUILT ALTENATOR, ORIGINAL REBUILT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER, ORIGINAL BRAKE BOOSTER, ORIGINAL AND REBUILT FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS AND ORIGINAL REAR BRAKE DRUMS. THE TRACTION -LOK DIFFERRNTIAL IS ORIGINAL WITH IT'S FACTORY TAG AND WAS BROUGHT DOWN TO BARE METAL , AND DETAILED. AXLE SEALS WERE REPLACED.REAR WHEEL BEARINGS WERE REPLACED. ALL NEW STAINLESS BRAKE AND TRANSMISSION LINES WERE INSTALLED. THE COMPLETE FRONT END WAS REDONE. NEW LEAL SPRINGS AND GAS SHOCKS. ALL THE BUSHINGS ARE GRAPHITE IMPREGNATED POLYURETHANE. NEW BRAKE HOSES INSTALLED. FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION ARE VERY DETAILED, AND I PUT BACK THE FACTORY MARKINGS. THE DRIVE SHAFT WAS BALANCED AND THE UNIVERSALS WERE REPLACED. THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE BUT I PUT THE ORIGINAL METAL TAG ON THE COMPRESSOR. THE DATE CODED CLUTCH IS ORIGINAL. ORIGINAL AC LINES WERE POLISHED. CONDENSER IS ORIGINAL. THE DRYER AND EXPANSION VALVE ARE NEW. AC BLOWS COLD. THE INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL EXCEPT THE DASH PAD AND CARPETS.AND IS HIGHLY DETAILED, INCLUDING SEAT RAILS AND,STEERING COLUMN, DASH, AND EMERGENCY BRAKE UNIT. ALL DASH INSTRUEMENT LENSES ARE POLISHED CLEAR. AM RADIO REBUILT, 8 TRACK DOES NOT WORK. ORIGINAL SPACE SAVER SPARE AND AIR CANISTER. FACTORY WINDOW STICKER FROM LOIS EMINGER'S RECORDS.THE FORGED ALUMINUM WHEELS ARE SHOW CONDITION RIDING ON VINTAGE FIRESTONE RADIALS, AS IS THE PAINT AND STRAIGHT BODY. PAINT HAS VERY FEW FLAWS WITH ONE SMALL ,LESS THAN DIME SIZE AREA, I BUFFED THROUGH ON PASS. FENDER. WINDSHIELD IS NEW. SMALL CHIP ON PASS. SIDE WINDOW.I HAVE A USED REPLACEMENT. OTHER GLASS HAS SOME SCRATCHES.CAR NOW HAS PERTRONIX IGNITION. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL VALVE COVERS RESTORED.WALKER TURBO EXHAUST. CAR RUNS AND DRIVES BEAUTIFULLY. THE RIM BLOW STEERING WHEEL WAS REDONE AND LOOKS NEW. ALL WEATHER STRIPPING HAS BEEN REPLACED. NEW SHIFTER BUSHINGS INSTALLED. NEW CORRECT RADIO SPEAKERS. SOME TIMES WHEN PUT IN REVERSE ,THE REAR CLUNKS A LITTLE BUT DOES NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT DRIVABILITY. THIS MACH ALSO HAS RARE TILT STEERING. CLOCK WORKS MOST OF THE TIME! THE REAR TAIL LENSES ARE NOS. FORGOT TO MENTION JUST ABOVE DRIVERS SEAT THERE IS A SLIGHT SEPARATION IN THE HEAD LINE.ABOUT 12 INCHES, BUT REALLY NOT THAT NOTICEABLE. AND THE PURCHASE OF MANY ITEMS. ALSO FOGOT TO MENTION THAT THE DRIP RAIL MOULDINGS WERE REANODIZED, AND THE CAR HAS THE ORIGINAL STARTER, POWER STEERING BOX AND PS PUMP AND PS COOLER. THE JACK ASSEMBLY IS ORIGINAL, HAS BEEN BEAD BLASTED, AND RESTORED. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL OWNERS MANUAL. I ALSO HAVE A VIDEO OF WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER.
