Mercedes- Benz is Black with lots of chrome. Interior is tan and vanilla. Don't worry about the continually increasing gas prices cause this car gets Great Fuel Economy. With a manual transmission, the 240 D could reach a top speed of 24 mph in first gear,39 mph in second gear, 64 mph in third gear and approximately 89 mph in fourth gear. The fuel rating is 29.7 mpg in the city, 39.8 mpg when traveling on the highway around 56 mph and 27.7 mpg when cruising at 75 mph. The interior needs carpet. Dash and leather seats have cracking but look nice with new seat covers and dash pad.The back bench seat is in great shape possibly was re upholstered. Vehicle runs strong and is very dependable. Tires look almost new with full tread life.Paint Looks Nice but has small amount of paint cracking on roof. Switching into fourth gear it sometimes makes a short grind noise.With regular maintenance these cars are known to drive 400000+ miles.
