1947 Ford with flathead V8 motor. When I bought it off Ebay it was listed as a Mercury flathead. It runs smooth and quite the transmission works well. It has been converted to 12 volt with an alternator. I have been told the 15" tires and wheels are not the correct size for this car. I installed new hood and trunk hinges. New weatherstrip on the hood, trunk, and doors. The grill emblem is new. The fender moldings are new. I'm sure this was a business coupe but someone added a rear seat(not much room between the rear and front seat). It still needs some work I took all the paint off and repainted it but it will need to be detailed and a couple of spots redone. Car is located in Lemont, Il. if you want to see it before bidding. Half way between Chicago and Joliet.
