You are looking at a 1965 F100. It has the 240 inline 6, it is backed by a 4 speed. This a is a rare and hard to find truck. What makes it rare and hard to find is that it was ordered by the original owner September of 1964 and was delivered from Mimick Motor Co on 12/31/1964 to Madison Nebraska, Naprstek motor Co in Creighton Nebraska. The original owner then picked it up on January 5,1965. This is an early production truck, There were 220,305 F100s built for 1965, this one was built on September 8th,9th or 10th Of 1964, Production for the 1965 model year was started on August 16 of 1964 with the production sequence number starting at 580,000, which makes this truck number 13,658. The truck was ordered extra heavy duty, witch consists of factory 16 inch tires, overload springs and a 4-speed, this was hard to find on a F100. The title is still in the original owners name. It has been to California 1 time and to Colorado 4 times, it spent the rest of the time on the farm and driving to town 2-3 times a week.. It was not driven in the winter. This is why it has the low millage. The truck was used for daily farm use but not all beat up. It has all the original tires and wheels and hub caps from the day it was purchased. It even has the original spare wheel and tire. This truck has never been in a wreck, never altered, never abused, and is all original. It has spent the last 6 years in a lean tune barn. It is all ready for restoration and it should be an easy one. This truck is SOLID. The body has some dings and the drivers seat was lunched on by mice. the floor mat is in tack along with the head liner. The doors open and close with ease. Tires hold air but are dry rotted. again the truck is bone stock and is a 1 owner. the truck ran when parked 6 years ago, the engine is free I put a battery in it and some penetrating oil in the cylinders and it turns over just fine., it was parked because the owner could not drive it anymore, he was 87 at the time. I am selling this for the original owner, that is how I know so much about this truck, When was the last time you saw a low millage,one owner, early production, F100 with no Rust, all original, Barn find? Remember it is original 1 time. Guys, this 46 year old truck that has spent its entire life in NEBRASKA with one owner. We get real winters here. A truck that got used like a normal truck and had 122,000 or 222,000 WOULD have rust issues. THIS one does NOT. It has 22,000 miles.
