1990 Porsche 944S2 Convertible NO RESERVE I purchased this 944S2 in August, 2001 and it had 62,264 miles and I drove it 2288 miles from Jackson Hole, Wyoming to Charleston, S.C. It currently has 72,521 miles so it has not been driven very much since I have owned it. Originally I drove it on week ends and during the summer. I later purchased a 911 which became my week end and leisure car. I changed jobs which required me to travel weekly so I haven't had time to drive any of them. The 944 has not been licensed or driven very much the last couple of years. This car is in very good condition and needs to be driven and needs an owner that has time to take care of it. I did have it in my garage until I purchased the 911. It has been in my mechanic's garage the last couple of years. The tires look good but will probably need replacing soon because of age. It has an AM/FM radio and CD player. The seats and interior is in great almost new condition. There are a few scratches on the car and most of those were there when I purchased it. The lens on both the fog lamps are cracked which is a normal problem with the 944's. It runs and drives perfectly and there are no problems I am aware of. I use Amsoil synthetic oil and usually have it changed once a year. All maintenance has been done by a certified Porsche mechanic. The history shows an accident but there was no damage. My son was driving and was stopped at a traffic light. Another driver rear ended the car immediately behind him and it was pushed forward and tap the left rear bumper. The police report listed my car and I had it checked to ensure no unseen damage to the drivetrain. I have listed it a couple of times previously and have received a lot of interest.
