This car will make your pulse quicken. I'm the second owner and have owned it for about 35,000 miles. I've been very attentive to its needs, and most recently, having decided to sell it, I took it to my local Mercedes dealership and had them perform their multi-point inspection. It checked out fine. Tires are approacing their end of life, maybe 10,000 miles left. The rear sunshade does not retract. It never has while I've owned it, but the fix was more than $2000, so I left it. Periodically the passenger airbag light will come on indicating it's disabled. I never had this issue investigated. And the GPS won't get your location exactly right. Since the map is from 2005 and my phone does a good job with GPS, I never addressed this issue. Finally, there are some chips in the paint, mainly on the hood. They're small and not noticeable unless you're examining the paint on the car. It's all original. I've had no aftermarket additions installed. It's been reliably serviced at my local Mercedes dealership since it was 65,000 miles old. I once peaked over the monitor while waiting there and saw the previous owner had his service work done by mercedes. It comes with one key, the manual and the original unused first aid kit.
