i have for sale a 79 trans am . it is in really good shape with all new paint and decals . the 403 olds engine is orginal and rebuild 15,000 miles ago with a nice cam and bored .030 over and a rebuilt carb as well . the trans mission is a 350 turbo which has also been rebuilt and a posi traction rearend . it has dual exhaust with nice turbo mufflers and the total underneath has been coated with no rust . the only rust was a small spot in the trunk pan which was fixed and coated . the interior is almost all new including headliner , dash , console, B & M ratchet shifter , door seal plates , weather stripping , carpet , sound blankets . windshield . the list goes on and on . it has power seats that came out of an 02 trans am but the drivers seat has 2 small holes in it which can be repaired easily . all guages and lights work just fine along with the signals and wipers . all the a/c parts are there but does not work due too needing charged and the high speed fan relay hooked up which i will include with it . i just didnt hook it up . it has a cassette / radio in the dash due to i didnt want to chop it up so i installed a cd player under the dash to keep the orginal look . the power windows work fine but are a little slow due to the new weather stripping and felt fuzzies that fit tight . the door hinges are rebuit but still has a little play in them . the power door locks are not hooked up but can be locked manually . all the orginal parts such as seats , steering wheel . gear shifter , and anything that i put aftermarket i still have and will be included in the deal except for the wheels .. the wheels are weld drag lites and are in great shape and like new tires too. there are alot of new parts that are on the car and would take too long to list . it runs great and shifts great too .. it sounds as good as it looks . it is a 30 plus year old car so with that in mind it does have a small power steering leak . probably needs a new hose but not for sure . the milage shows 74,288 but it maybe turned over i dont know for sure . i know i have left out a ton of stuff so please ask with any questions or come by and look for yourself . the car is for sale locally so if the auction ends early then i have sold it . $500.00 due 24 hours after the auction ends and the balance within 7 days . it is up to the buyer to ship or pick up the car . thanks for looking
