believe it or not i am the third owner of this quad. the original adult owner i was told rode it twice and parked it because he was terrified of it. He then sold it in 2010 to the 54 year old gentleman i bought it from, he told me he rode it 4 or 5 times, which by looking at the minimal rub marks on the frame and sidecases i believe this to be true. Ihave never ridden this quad i just start it and let it idle once in a while then put it back in the garage. But now that i see what a really oem clean 250r brings at auction i have decided to list it and see where it goes.i have the clear title in hand and i also have both keys that came with the bike originally,this bike not only has the oem toolbox which is a hard thing to come by but it also has the complete oem tool set inside.i have owned several 88 r"s over the years but this one absolutely takes the cake it is perfect down to every nut and bolt. no one has ever put a wrench on this bike it is 100% oem original honda. i have takenalot of close up pics for you to see just how clean it really is, if you would like a picture of a specific part of the bike just email me and i will get it to you,i have nothing to hide with this bike i am so confident in the cleanliness and originality of this r that im asking you if you come across a cleaner UNRESTORED! 250r let me know because i will buy it from you! inspections are welcome and encouraged. thanks for your time and good luck bidding. p.s. this bike should really go to a collector and it should not be ridden, its just really that nice.
