You are bidding on a 1975 MG. The car was last registered and driven in 2003. It was running when it was disassembled to be restored. It was painted green, but that's as far as the restoration went. the paint has begun to fade, but looks like it would polish up and is in good condition with the exception of one area that has began to rust through (See pictures). The body is straight and fairly rust free, as is the undercarriage with the exception of the driver's floor which needs replacing (See piture). The trunk is solid, as is the engine compartement. The trunk lid and hood are just set on the vehicle, as they were never reassembled after it was painted. The interior needs replacing as seen in the pictures, but is intact. The car needs a new softop as the current one is weathered, but the frame is intact and working. The vehicle comes with all of the lights, trim, door handles. bumpers, etc to reassemble the vehicle. The tires hold air, the vehicle rolls freely, and the transmission shifts through the gears. The speedometer reads 94,106. The motor last ran in 2003 and is currently not running, but there is no reason that it won't with a little work. The vehicle obviously needs work, but is an excellent candidate to complete restoration or to be used for parts. Could be a fun little car for the enthusiast or the coming summer. The vehicle is being sold in as is condition with no warranty implied or given. It is available for sale locally so the seller reserves the right to end the auction early for local sale.
