This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Warranty excludes replacements due to negligence, damage, or sulfating or shipping of original or replacement battery. Verification of state of charge may occur at no expense to the customer. Battery warranty is for the battery (or an equivalent battery) alone and does not include any labor or installation or any environmental fees.
