OK 2002 fans! Add engine and you have a huge head start on finishing a project car. Low reserve. Somebody gets a good 2002 cheap. If your in the Atlanta area...please come by and see it in person..it is a "diamond in the rough". 1975 BMW 2002 – Chamonix White with dark blue trim… In the family since 1981, well maintained but needs an engine. All receipts since 81’. Original Owners Handbook. Exterior: Other than minor crumple shown on front right fender, superficial rust and issues with trim attaching securely…Very Good Condition! In 1994 the car was taken down to bare metal, primed and given a clear coat paint job, new windshield and new molding. I do not believe and cannot find any rust more serious than is shown in the photos. Curb trim missing. Interior: While the dashboard is perfect and the headliner was replaced several years ago, the interior needs attention. Headliner is ok, it's "moldy" but will clean easily. Mechanical: Needs engine. Low miles on rebuilt transmission and clutch...In 1998 a rebuilt synchronized Getrag transmission, clutch, throw out bearing and resurfaced flywheel was installed. Estimating from the reciept history the mileage is around 125,000. The car has never been over 100 miles away from home and has been within the city limits of Atlanta 99% of its life.
