Up for auction is my 2010 BMW S1000RR in Acid Green. 2010 Superbike of the Year http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/9/6852/Motorcycle-Article/2010-Superbike-Smackdown-VIII-Track-FMM.aspx The bike is in like showroom condition. Two reasons for sale. First is I f*&cked up my right hand in a mountain bike crash last August and still cant make a fist or grip good enough to ride the bike. Second reason is Im taking a job in Arizona and need to reduce my financial footprint to make the move. The bike has ABS, Traction Control and Shift Assist. When researching these bikes i kept saying to myself, who the hell needs shift assist? Well now that Ive ridden it, the Shift Assist is the best option on it. Wide open throttle, no clutch and just click up through the gears. Its soo cool, soo smooth and soo fast!! Downshifting still requires the clutch. The bike is in like new SHOWROOM condition, no issues at all, no regrets. Bike was pretty much babied and has had one BMW service at 800 miles.
