Sturdy, serene and safe, gorgeous and totally well-loved and cared-for...we are parting with our favorite car as we need something newer for weekly long-haul commutes. Regular maintenance performed and records from our purchase from its original owner in 2009.Passed California Smog in late December 2011.New tires 3/24/210; alignment done.All new hoses, belts and battery.Nearly all sensors are new.New AC unit in late 2010 using R134 refrigerant (less toxic option).Leather.Interior in very good condition for age, except for driver seat (see photo). Numerous Volvo specialty auto mechanics have commented that the car is in excellent condition and we have had it overhauled upon purchasing in '09. In 2007 the vehicle was in a front fender collision and received a salvage title, likely due to the age at the time. On Feb-19-12 at 13:14:15 PST, seller added the following information: Update from buyer questions: Last oil change the oil pan plug was found to be stripped and was leaking a small amount of oil; my choices were to drill in a bigger plug or replace the oil pan. Because I had decided to sell it I opted for the plug to fix the leak. The oil pan will need to be replaced at some point, as the plug cannot be removed. It has about 2500 miles before the next oil change.
