I am listing this for a friend and he states: This is my 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger. It is a very nice car and turns alot of heads. This car was restored about 8 years ago. The car is very strong mechanically. It has a strong running 318 that sounds great. It starts right up hot or cold and does not smoke or burn any oil. It has Full Flowmaster Dual Exhaust. The car has a brand new battery, water pump, and thermostat. The valve cover on the engine has a small leak like most old cars do caused from sitting. The automatic transmission shifts like new. The transmission cooler has a very very slow leak at a fitting, it may just need tightened up. The car drives excellent and the brakes work excellent. The Firestone tires all have great tread left and do not leak air at all. The car also has Air Shocks on the Rear. The exterior of the car was painted with a PPG Yellow paint and still looks excellent to this day. The body work on the car is not perfect but still looks like a $20,000 car and makes everyone look. The hood on the car is from a 340 dart. The original Rally wheels look excellent. The doors on the car are very solid and do not sag AT ALL. The body lines line up very well as well. The floor and trunk pans are very solid. There are no holes or soft areas at all. There is NO rust on the body. The interior of the car is solid. The dash has NO cracks or signs of fading. The dash lights work as well as all the other lights on the car. The carpet is in excellent condition and the headliner is in great shape. The drivers seat does have some tears. The passenger seat has one very small split and the backseat has one at the very top. The backseat is very nice. The car still has the original AM radio and it still plays great. The gauges all work but the fuel gauge is a little off. The car gets around 20 MPG on the road. Overall this is a very sweet old car and everyone stops you when you go places. It is ready to go out cruising on Saturday Nights, go to car shows, or take the kids out in. I would not be afraid to drive this car anywhere.
